Code of Ordinances

The City of Garden City's Ordinances are maintained by the Clerk of Council. If you have any questions regarding the municipal ordinances please contact the City Planning Department at 912-963-2756.

The Municipal Code is organized by Division and a Table of Contents is provided to facilitate location of specific divisions. The searchable version of the Municipal Code may not include all changes to the Garden City Code as approved by the Mayor and City Council since the last update of the official printed version.
