Online Bill Pay:

Online bill pay has been created to enhance the convenience of our bill payment options for our valued customers.

Please note:

Payments on accounts posted after 5:00 pm on the 5th of the month will be subject to a late fee as indicated on the bill.
Payments on accounts posted after 5:00 pm on the 14th of the month will be subject to disconnection as indicated on the bill.
There is a convenience charge of $1.25 applied to your account when you utilize the online bill payment option.

Telephone Bill Pay:

The City also offers its customers an option to pay bills via the telephone. All that is needed is the account number and street address number. The phone system accepts all major cards (no e-checks can be accepted). Call 833-227-1749 to pay your bill over the phone.

If you have any questions regarding your bill, please call the City of Garden City (912) 966-7777 and ask to speak with a Utility Services billing representative. We are open Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
