Deaf Visor Card

Motorists who are deaf or hard of hearing are encouraged to print out and affix the card below to their car visor. Doing so will make it easier to communicate with officers in the event they are seeking help or are stopped while driving. These cards can also be used in other encounters and contacts with police.
