Welcome to Garden City's new online bill pay! You will have to register to use the new service. Please call if you need any account information 912-966-7777 extension 3 if you need assistance with online bill pay during business hours.

The City can also take payments over the phone by calling 1-833-227-1749. There is a convenience charge of $1.25 and you will need your account number and your full address readily available.

Types of online payments accepted include:

  • Utility Bills
  • Traffic and Court Fines
  • Traffic Tickets

Utility Bill Information

Please note:

  • Payments on accounts posted after 5:00 pm on the 5th of the month will be subject to a late fee as indicated on the bill.
  • Payments on accounts posted after 5:00 pm on the 14th of the month will be subject to disconnection as indicated on the bill. If your account is 30 days or more late please call the office.
  • There is a convenience charge of $1.25.

If you have any questions regarding your bill, please call the City of Garden City (912) 966-7777 and ask to speak with a Utility Services billing representative. We are open Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
