The Human Resources Department is a support services department dedicated to helping the City of Garden City achieve its long term goals by providing a flexible and responsive workforce to consistently deliver quality services to the community.
The department is directly responsible for all aspects of employment within the city, including Recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, benefits management and administration, personnel policy and procedures, compliance and records management, training and development, safety and workers' compensation, and Employee Relations.
