Debbie Ruiz

Debbie Ruiz was born and raised in Garden City. She attended Groves High School and graduated with a bachelors degree in Marketing from Georgia Southern College. Immediately after graduating she started her Marketing career in Retail as a Fashion Merchandise Buyer. Her next career move was a Marketing Support Rep for computer company, which later led to her retiring position as a Sr. Systems Analyst in IT Dept at City of Savannah. Debbie has served on Council since January 2016.

Natalyn Bates Morris

Natalyn Bates Morris is happily married to Dennis L. Morris, Sr. They are the proud parents of two adult children and three adorable grandchildren. A graduate of Groves High School, she attended Savannah State College (now University). She is currently employed with Coastal Electric Cooperative, as the Human Resources Coordinator.

Kim Tice

Kim Tice retired from Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in 2020 after 32years and has served on City Council and the Planning Commission since 2007. Kim has been a resident of Garden City since 1977.
