Yes, in accordance with Building Code and Section 18-9 of the City's Code of Ordinances, every resident or building is required to have an address number at least 4 inches tall mounted on the main structure where it is clearly visible from the street. This is to ensure that Police, Fire Department, and Paramedics can respond quickly and accurately in time of need. Yes. Garden City Police, Parks and Recreation (in person), and Garden City Utilities accept credit cards and debit cards.
