The Human Resources Department is a support services department dedicated to helping the City of Garden City achieve its long term goals by providing a flexible and responsive workforce to consistently deliver quality services to the community.
The department is directly responsible for all aspects of employment within the city, including Recruitment and Selection; Classification and Compensation; Benefits Management and Administration; Personnel Policy and Procedure; Compliance and Records Management; Training and Development; Safety and Workers Compensation; and Employee Relations.
